Default hard gainer ??

Am i a hard gainer ?? Please guys tell me sincerely

I started PE 4 months ago, and i changed my routine 3 times

but my basic routine is

4 minutes - hot shower
5 minutes - stretching all angles ( up, down, right, left )

then 3 hours later

2 minutes - hot shower
5 minutes - jelqing ( last week am doing something alike horse squeezes ( one hand torniqete and the other squeeze )

50 kegels during the day

I do this 5 days on and 2 off in a week.

My gains
erect - 1cm in the first month ( if not less than 1 cm ) then no more gains
flacid - it was 8 cm now 10,5 cm ( it seens the only thing is working for me is flacid gains )

So tell me , am i a hard gainer ?? and if so what can i do ?? what should i change ?? some men say that they firstly had flacid gains before erect gains, but in 4 months of PE i think i should already be gaining gains in erect state too

Have you tried to take a break and come back with your routine? To be honest it sounds a bit light for someone 4 months into PE. It might be that you need a break, it might also be that you simply need to step it up a bit to make new gains. Perhaps you have depleted your gains with this routine and now that your penis has grown it might not be enough anymore.

I was going to suggest the same thing. That sounds like a light routine. My beginners routine is much more intense, and with that higher intensity I've had small gains and positive PI's after my first month of PE. Maybee you could try 10-15 min of jelqing and do them right after the stretches, or right before.

Dude...at 4 months you should definitely have a more intense routine...hell, you should have a more intense routine from the get go. Let's switch it up a bit:

Length:

Do the basic stretch that you've been doing but in this manner:

Stretch down, hold for 30 seconds
Stretch down-right, hold for 30 seconds
Stretch down-left, hold for 30 seconds
Stretch up, hold for 30 seconds
Then do a rotary crank

Now repeat this training 2 more times for a total of 3 sets. It usually takes me around 10-15 minutes to do this routine.

Girth:

Now...5 minutes of jelquing is definitely too little...From now on, your going to start doing 300 jelqs per day for the first 2 weeks, and raise that up to 600 after those 2 weeks are up. And the strokes should take you at least 3 seconds.

Do this routine and tell us what you gain from it buddy.

The routine that was posted looks good but I would substitute the rotaries for a straight-out stretch and maybe add left, right, and center behind the cheek stretches. You may want to use a heating pad or something of that nature to warm-up as it would be more effecient and effective than a shower. Use the shower for a warm-down instead. Maybe try taking only one day off like 3-1 or 4-1 and perform your routine all at once so you have at least 24hrs of recovery.
