Increase frequency or length of workout? Hey guys, I started PE at the beginning of this December. Ive been doing 1 day/2 days off -> and now Ive progressed to 1 day on/1 day off with positive PIs. I think I might have gained, but im not sure if I was measuring the same way I did the first time.
My question is, to increase the intensity of my routine, should I up the number of days a week I PE? Or should I increase the time I spend PEing per session?
My current routine is:
5 min warm up
2 sets of regular stretching
200 wet jelqs
5 min cool down
I do this 3 times a week right now, I figure I should start increasing the intensity in late Dec/January.
Any thoughts? |
