Default need some advice and tips for my programme and jelqing

hi am new ive been on a programme for one month, ive been doing one day on one day off, with 5 minute stretches and 10 minutes jelqing..
my gains am not sure, seems as though flaccid has increased slightly, but ther seems to be a curve growing that i aint noticed before,, could jelqing have caused this? does jelqing actually work? can it damage the penis and cause pyronies disease? excuse spelling...
my erections seem the same, night woody morning woody, i dont masturbate and i dont have regular sex havent for while,,
am just a lil nervous now if i should continue this programme as i dont want to damage my penis..
but then i read about all ur gains and i get confused.. i read somewhere that a urologist said jelqing doesnt work..???
thanks..

Slanker: Jelqing doesn't lead to peyronie's disease. PD is caused by plague build up in the tunica within the penis. Jelqing can, however, cause a curved penis if you don't use proper technique. Make sure you are putting the same amount of pressure on both sides of your penis, and that you aren't focusing on one side more than the other. Same goes for stretching - make sure you stretch in all directions, not just one.

For the urologist that said jelqing doesn't work: Tell that to the 900+ men that took my PE survey. But similar to exercising at the gym, it can be dangerous if you go overboard. Since you have morning and night wood, you most likely don't have a problem. Heck, you're probably going to need to actually increase the intensity at this point (since you're not gaining and you have positive PI's).

slanker, I would follow remek's advice and up your intensity. One month is WAY too early for a break! Most gains do not come from a break. Sometimes gains will materialize while on a break but gains come from consistently following a good routine.

Also, taking a break will not help with your curve. Search the site, there are some good threads with info for guys with curves.

Here's a good thread on actually fixing a curve: http://www.pegym.com/forums/general-pe/1741-curves.html

thanks, i think i realise wot i was doing wrong. i was applying too much pressure in the jelq and i think thats what caused it. so im jelqing but less intensely and with a soft touch but enough to engorge the penis without popping out the veins too much, and holding the penis with my fingers in an ok position but not touching.
and stretching and jelqing to an angle away from the curve.
