Usually guys don't take deconditioning breaks for several months or longer after starting PE. PE causes the penile tissues to toughen up and
adapt to the stresses that are being placed on them. The point of a decon break is to allow the tissue time to "revert" back to a more pliable,
"weaker" state. As to when to take a break? A good rule of thumb is when you haven't seen gains for 2 or 3 consecutive months or your gains
are slowing to the point of being minuscule. As long as decent gains are coming, keep working.

I can't comment on the post-workout shriveling you are referring to. I have never experience that.

The shrivel is fairly common for some men. It's a neutral PI (see PI's article here). It might be a sign of healthy PEing. . . Or, on the other hand, it may be a sign of overtraining.

let me share with you guys one thing that always happened to me , and always let me down . well i play soccer every week and every day when the match ends and i go to take a shower it seens i have got a shrinkage . really my penis becomes really small ( before PE used to becomes smaller than now ). i think that happens because i am completely unrelaxed and moving all the time when i am playing soccer . Although you can notice that when you take a nap, like for one hour for example, then you stand up and take a look on your penis , you will realize that its bigger , thats because you were relaxed. I think thoses things happens to every men.

Luis: Yea, that's fairly common. When your up and moving around, your heart is pumping blood to your muscles. This, by nature, keeps the blood away from your penis.
