Default Beginning the fourth month of exercising.

I'm about to begin the fourth month of PE, and I have a few questions:

1. Should I keep the basic two exercises (jelqing and stretching)?
2. If I should keep doing the basic two exercises, should I increase the amount of time (10 minutes to 15 minutes [stretch] and 25 to 35 minutes [jelq])?
3. Should I add advanced exercises? Which advanced exercises would be best for me at this stage? (My focus is length.)

Current routine:

- 10 minute warmup
- 10 minute basic stretch
- 25 minute jelq

Observations:

The first five weeks, I gained .3 cm.
I have yet to measure progress for the ensuing five weeks (now) but will soon have a report on that.

Smallus, I think the first step is to measure your last 5 weeks progress. Then modify your routine based on the results.
I'm for the ole adage "If it's not broken don't fix it" If your gains are good from this routine you should keep it the same.
If you got OK results, but not great, then yes, you should up your time. If you got poor gains, then you may want to completely revamp your routine. You might want to add some other types of stretches (i.e. fulcrum or JAI), maybe do a little pumping, etc. What is your primary focus, length or girth?

Small: I agree with everything Iguana said. The only thing I would add is, yes, no matter what, you should keep jelqing.

You could probably start adding some advanced length exercises too (such as the rotating stretch, A-Stretch, etc) - but in accordance with Iguana's recommendation above.

The results are in, and while I've not added any centimeters in length, I did successfully go from 8 cm to 12.75 cm in girth. I think this is because during the second five weeks I put a lot more emphasis in jelqing while harder than usual (about 70/80% erect).

Based on these observations, should I keep the usual routine, but jelq while not so erect (~50%)?
Or should I add an additional length exercise? Note that I gained .3 cm in length in the first five weeks with the routine in the first post of this thread.

I think I'll try something different this time.

In order to for my penile muscles not to "get used to" all length exercises, I think I'll vary which exercises I use for every PE session.

For example, for every PE session I do the basic two exercises, plus an added advanced exercise.

1. Day one - JAI stretch + basic two exercises.
2. Day four (after two-day rest) - rotating stretch + basic two exercises
3. Day seven - internal stretch + basic two exercises

And so on and so forth - being careful not to repeat the same advanced exercises as in A B C D A B C D, rather, A B C D C A B D A B D C and so on.

How does this sound?

Good to hear about the extra inch-and-half of girth, Small.

Your new routine sounds good. Switching it up every so often is a good idea. It "keeps the penis guessing." It also helps you gradually increase the intensity. Just don't change anything too drastic as the routine you've got now is clearly working.

Keep us updated and sooner or later you might want to add some light girth exercises.
