Default 3 Month update

well i figure it would be time for my 3 month update since this is normally where "newbie gains" stop.
i measure 1 month ago and i saw an increase in bpel of .25 which i was pretty happy about. well since that time i have not seen any sort of increase and i think its time to start moving to more advanced excersise.

But i do have to admit when you dont see any gains its very frustrating and disheartening. what do you guys suggest doing.

overall id have to say pe has helped alot with my eq and the small gain was noticeable.

Yeap, it would be helpful if you could outline your current routine for everyone.

Yeap, do me a favor and when you use acronyms, capitalize them (PE, EQ, etc). It will help the new guys know that you're using an acronym.

Yeap, I agree with your thinking that it's time to start adding some advanced exercises. The O-bends are a really good start. The others can get pretty intense if you go overboard.

I'm curious: Your BPEL is 6 inches, right? What's your BPFSL?
