Welcome to the PE Gym Rod! First off let me say I get a little concerned about guys who are not at least a little skeptical. The world is full of Bozos wanting to sell you "the only real proven way to grow your penis longer and fuller." A healthy dose of skepticism is a very good thing.
We are not here to sell you anything. We, like you, wanted to make our penises larger and we discovered natural penis enlargement much like you did, from other guys who had had success. You are wise in trying to protect your health. Health and safety is our #1 concern here. We don't want anyone getting injured doing anything foolish.
Ok... for your questions.

1. Does PE really work? Everything I've read from urologists online says categorically that these exercises will not increase your penis size. In fact there are lots of warnings that you can damage tissues etc. I'm guessing that a lot of guys are so eager to get gains that they just work to damn hard and that probably accounts for most of the injuries.
|
Absolutely! I have nothing to gain from telling you otherwise. I lead a very busy life and volunteer here to help others. If it were a farce, I could think of a thousand other ways I could spend my time. But it is real! And I get great joy from helping other guys who are insecure like I once was. This is a FREE site. We are not here to sell you anything. Be wary of anyone who offers to do so.
Urologist, to my knowledge, have never studied natural penis enlargement. And why should they? There's no money in it for them. Their warnings are with good motive but unfortunately however, given in ignorance. I actually know of a couple of doctors who practice natural PE themselves.
Yes, you are absolutely correct about injuries. Probably 98% of them come from guys doing things that are not recommended or encouraged.

2. For some of you guys who claim gains, has your penis taken on an irregular shape, ie: fat on the end and skinny at the base, or has your penis maintained about the same proportion as when you began?
|
Personally, no. My penis looks pretty much the same as it did, only thicker and longer. I do have some discoloration which is very common. It's skin deep and can be effectively treated with peels. I will be honest with you, some guys do develop some irregularities in shape (i.e. baseball bat effect) but I think this is mostly due to overdoing it with some exercises and not focusing on others. Some develop a thicker base, which for most, is highly desirable.

3. I've been doing some basic Kegels for a few weeks. I've noticed that I can move my erect penis more than I could when I started. I can't say I've noticed any other changes. Has anybody else found that Kegels can increase girth.
|
I have never heard of kegels increasing girth. They usually just build strength and endurance. I would pose this question to remek, he is much more knowledgeable about kegels than I am.

4. I'm primarily interested in gaining girth. Are there better exercises than straight jelqing for girth gains?
|
The primary girth exercises are jelqing, clamping, pumping, squeezes and others. Some report good gains from any combination of these exercises. Some of these exercises are pretty intense and are not recommended to beginners. IMHO jelqing is the safest most effective girth exercise for beginners.

5. Are my goals really possible?: Currently: 6.0 erect length from pubic bone/4.5 girth (shooting for 6.75/5.5)
|
Length is a very modest goal. With hard work and dedication I would say that's a very obtainable goal. 1" girth is also very possible but it will likely take longer and be a bit more of a challenge. BUT, this is assuming you are typical. Some guys gain girth really fast. Some guys can't buy a millimeter of girth. The same holds true of length. But, assuming you are not a hard gainer I think your goals are not far fetched at all. They are way below what most are shooting for.

6. Do your erections still stand tall and proud (pointing up) or do they begin to dangle like a flaccid penis when erect?
|
This is a complicated question believe it or not. EQ (erection quality) is very complex and will go up and down based on a number of factors. Such as; what exercises you are doing, what intensity you do them at, what supplements you are taking, smoking, caffeine intake, general health, etc, etc, etc. PE done consistently and properly should improve EQ.
As far as erection angle. Yes, there are some things that can affect erection angle, such as hanging. Some guys report a drop in erection angle (don't confuse with erection quality) over a period of time. This can happen with increases in size, stretching of ligaments, etc. Most guys don't consider this to be a bad thing and I have never heard of any extreme cases.

I know these are fairly elementary questions that could probably be answered by reading a faq somewhere, but I just wanted to get it straight up from some guys who have been doing this for a while.

Not a problem. We are glad you found us and are interested in our "craft." These are all good questions, we may even add a few of them to the FAQ section. If you have any others please don't hesitate to post.
