Big Gainers...what Does Your Routine Look Like? I'm curious about some of the vets on this forum as to what their workout/rest periods look like. I just reached another length milestone of 6.5 (from about a 4.5) and could not be more thrilled. However the .5 between 6 and 6.5 was easily the toughest to achieve. I like to balance the rest periods by not ever taking more than two days off, ever and rarely take more than a day. I am ready to take that next step to 7 though and would like to hear from those who have been there. |
