Default need help

ok so im a noob and i been doin the Basic Stretching and wanting know how many times should you do it a day and should you do it everyday or skip a day and im at like 6 1/2 and want get to 7 1/2 but needing help geting started but wwant see how many times i should stretch and all

Tom, if you are just starting out, once a day is recommended. You can start off with 2 days on 1 day off.
