Default question about kegel

whats up yall, im starting with my p.e. routine and well i wanted to know if i should do the kegel thing the same day than the jelq and stretch.....thanks

Welcome back, Sergio. Kegeling on the same days that you do your regular PE routine is fine. In fact, you may find it easier to do it this way simply because it's easier to keep track of everything.
