Sorry, I have to post again to bring the thread to the top. I need help and opinions on my new routine, I read remek's routine and I think it is very good so, feedback on this.
Since I have redspots on my glan

, and I have finished about 3 weeks in length exercises(let's call it 21 days, I will stop tomorrow on 21st just to make it easier to track) with 1-2 days break every week. I am going to take about a week off and start my new routine from the beginning of the 5th week. (Not much gains yet I will consider this as a pre-condition like remek so I hope to see gains on my next routine)
I will do 1 on 2 off like Remek's routine 2, 5-10 warmup, 10 jelq 10 stretch, 5-10 cool down. What do you think?
