Default Change routine? or keep going

I've started just a bit over 3 weeks now, all I do is dry jelq and stretch, and I warm up whenever I can but not always. I take about 1-2 days break / week and do jelq and stretch every time, for about equal amount of time 10 mins each and I mix and match the sequence a lot, say I could be stretching for a minute then jelq 2 minutes and vice versa, then after maybe 3 minutes stretch and 2 minutes jelq.
I don't consider I'm a beginner anymore but so far I have not seen progresses, should I take the 1 month break like in the other thread, or should I keep going, or change a routine?
I really need to get this going fast so please suggest the best ways. Also Iguana and other moderators can you suggest when or what equipment, and maybe pills I can get?

Sorry, I have to post again to bring the thread to the top. I need help and opinions on my new routine, I read remek's routine and I think it is very good so, feedback on this.

Since I have redspots on my glan , and I have finished about 3 weeks in length exercises(let's call it 21 days, I will stop tomorrow on 21st just to make it easier to track) with 1-2 days break every week. I am going to take about a week off and start my new routine from the beginning of the 5th week. (Not much gains yet I will consider this as a pre-condition like remek so I hope to see gains on my next routine)

I will do 1 on 2 off like Remek's routine 2, 5-10 warmup, 10 jelq 10 stretch, 5-10 cool down. What do you think?

newPEguy: What's your PIs like? I think you might be going overboard - which could be a reason you aren't gaining. The red spots on the glans also indicate that you're using a lot of intensity. Have a look at this routine, it's a good one for beginners: Your First Penis Enlargement Routine - Penis Enlargement Gym

As for pills and devices: None, you don't need any yet as your already overtraining.

Neutral since redness and spotting is also under PI's neutral classification.

However, a side question, Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Growth! - Penis Enlargement Gym
If you don't put enough pressure/exercise wasn't intense enough, and then your penis does not really change after the work out, PLUS the state of your penis doesn't fall in any of the Positive, Negative or Neutral classifications,

how would you rate your PI?
Is it Neutral or doesn't belong to any thus needs more pressure/intense exercise to test it out?

If nothing changes and there are no clear PIs, you could either be a) overtraining or b) undertraining. This is where experience comes into play

You'll have to use your judgment on which you're doing. . . but my guess is that if you have spotting, you're probably overtraining (yes it's a neutral PI, but it often leans a little towards the using too much intensity side).
