Default just orderered the book, multi orgasmic man and check out my story why I came to here

After advice from the kind people on here. I hope this helps me, because I started PE to change my sex life. I have been suffering alot of anxiety with regards to it because I haven't had sex for almost 2 years. And in 2002 I had a bad break up, and this woman was manipulative and had no sex drive and ruined me mentally and physically. Before her I was great in bed with girls. Since her I feel I am suffering from pre-jac and some form of erectile dysfunction. And this has been since 2002 I have not realy had great sex regularly and have not been able to maintain a relationship. I'm sure now the pre-jac is from an unconditioned penis and weak PC muscle. The erectile dysfunction I think could be psychological, lack of NO or low testosterone. I am PEing to combat all of these factors and hopefully bring back the old days before I met this girl who left a bad taste in my mouth.
By the way, what kind of erectile dysfunction is this: this morning I woke up with an EQ of 8, and I thought I should practice edging, but my mind went elsewhere and I lost my erection and then I thought forget it. Psychological?
I am in a relationship but we are waiting till we get married so I got a lot of time on my hand to deal with this.
I hope PE, this book, supplements I am, and have been taking will help.

Slanker: You're story is similar to mine when I first learned about all of this stuff. You'll come overcome your problems, and here's why:
  1. You have determination
  2. You're not afraid to learn (about PE, about Kegels, about multiple orgasms)
  3. You have a great resource: Forums and other men to talk to
I definitely think your ED is psychological for the most part, and also from a weak PC muscle. I suggest masturbating frequently using the multiple orgasmic man techniques and building up your PC muscle via Kegels. Also, if your main goal of PE is hardness, make sure you get your jelqs in there.

Thanks Remek. Yes this is a great resource. I can't wait to read that book. I am sure I will overcome most of these issues. (I want to be able to give it hard for long periods lol). My main goal is hardness and as it seems possible from what I have read, a 7x5 penis, I am currently 6x4.5. Actually any gain in any area will be a plus. My determination has led me to have two ingredients in my work out, consistency, and quality over quantity.

Slanker: Glad you like it. Your goals are modest, and I would honestly be surprised if you didn't reach them. You're already on the right track by trying to learn more (on the forum, reading, etc).

Do you go to the gym as well? Keeping your body in shape will not only help you with the "traditional" benefits - living longer, being more focused, etc - but it will also help keep circulation going and keep your body hard and healthy.

yes I box so I train and run hard I don't smoke or drink etc, I'm about 154lbs 5ft9. Thats why I was saying before after a work out and I go shower in my cold bathroom lol I get the turtle, but its soon back to normal. Yes my gains are low, just an inch either way I realy hope I get them, after reading here and thundersplace it seems they are modest. The reason I want an approx 7 inch is because I heard from some sex mad experienced women that this was the perfect size for a man. But if I get to 7, I will be surprised, but then I will go for 8.
This is my 6th week of PE, in 2 weeks Il be measuring again.
I feel though, I will keep my routine to stretching, jelqing - low and high intensity varied because of the theory - and the clamp you do with your fingers. And just stick to this throughout for now, hanging and other devices etc worry me and sooner or later won't have time for them.
I hope I gain from this somehow and get a high EQ.

Hey, Slanker. I don't have ED problems, but I know what it is like to get my ass kicked by a crazy girl friend. There was period of time where she had this huge insecure meltdown because I admitted to looking at other girls. She admitted to looking at other guys but she enforced a strict double standard. It was CRAZY! And low and behold: I couldn't get an erection with her because I had such twisted feelings of guilt and anger. Eventually we regulated and started having good sex again, but ultimately I had to break up with her because she was just too crazy. Since then I've had sex with two women and it hasn't been nearly as fun. That relationship messed me up. It also opened me up and taught me a lot too, but the negatives are crystal clear. I know what I did wrong now and won't repeat it with another woman.

Something you might find helpful: I have been reading David DeAngelo's dating tips, have his ebooks, and a bunch of his DVDs. When I first saw his stuff I thought he was just a marketing scam or that his ideas would just get me into trouble with women, but the more I've been getting into this I've realized that he has a ton to offer. I've searched and I can't find anyone else who has researched the topic of meeting, dating, beginning relationships with women to the level he has. His philosophy hinges on men being okay with being men (something a lot of women like my crazy girlfriend don't want men to be because they want to control them - and then when they get control of men they beat them down or dump them). The point is that DeAngelo's stuff has been really helpful to me in getting my head straight about women, about selecting women, staying in charge of my life, and about how to go about meeting one for a long term relationship in the future. You might want to check him out and get on his free dating tips mailing list. A warning: his free dating tips are indeed advertizing, but if you can look beyond that you can begin to get at his main insights and it may prompt you to check out his Double Your Dating ebook which is only about $20. I'm only bringing all this out because I believe that psychological fitness is key. I've found his stuff extremely helpful in combatting my nerves around women. I've just got a better perspective now.

Rod, Thats cool. I appreciate the looking out I will definitly look into those resources. These days any little bit of advice is helpful. What you said about your ex, yeah mine was exactly like that. Im in a long term relationship now abstaining until marraige Im gearing up so I don't make those mistakes again.
