I have a few questions that I need answerd. How exactly do I kegle, how is it done? Also say you have a bigger than average startin size does it take longer to acheive than ones with a smaller starting size?

Did you see this article: Kegel exercises for men! - Penis Enlargement Gym

Basically you go to the restroom, stop your pee mid-flow, and the muscles you used to stop the pee are the muscles you use to Kegel. When you contract these muscles when your not peeing, that's a Kegel.

There hasn't been a study done, but from my experience the answer is no.

It's aokay. Yeah I read the article, but it confused me when ppl said they do it during the day like at work and such ect. But yeah that is good news to hear about the starting size. Oh by the way thanks for all your help.

okay now i understand what they meant when they said they kegeled all day... lol

That parts means that men often Kegel throughout the day, even while at work, as no one can tell that you're Kegeling and you can do it anywhere, anytime.

When you use the restroom to find your pelvic floor muscles, you're not actually Kegeling. That's just what you use to find the muscles. Once you have found them, you contract the muscles with your mind to do an actual Kegel.
