Rep Power: 0  | to increase routine vs deconditioning break Guys i have been thinking . the normal thing to do in PE is to increase the routine litle by litle to achieve the desired gains. Althoug i am wondering if its possible to achieve the same gains only with deconditioning breaks !!!
Example - a man starts doing PE, then he follows the begginer's guide for 3 months and gain 1,5 inches ( volume ) , then he takes a break for one month and lose practly nothing of he's new gains. He starts again following again the begginer's guide for another 3 months and gains more 1,0 inche in volume , and keeps doing this routine until there are no more gains.
Mean question - Is it possible to gain with ONLY the begginer's guide together with decon breaks ??? |

Rep Power: 10  | This is an excellent question. One that I have thought of from time to time.
I think if one wanted to do what you're recommending, then it would be best to combine the two. For example, start with a beginner's routine, take a deconditioning break, then come back with a slighly more advanced beginner's routine, break again, then an even more advanced routine, etc. This way you're getting the best of both worlds and maximizing your chance of success.
A lot of men PE this way. Some of them do it without planning it. For example Stillwantmore (a veteran PEer who gained several inches) PEed very inconsistently if I recall correctly. He did it for a few months, took some time off, and then restarted again. After a couple of years he built a completely new penis. >>Is it possible to gain with ONLY the begginer's guide together with decon breaks ???<< Is it possible to gain? Absolutely. Will it maximize gains? Maybe, but probably not. It depends on your situation, of course, but increasing the intensity overtime - regardless of breaks or not - is important to "continued" PE gains.
That said, the longer your break, the lighter your routine can be. Also, the longer your break, the greater chance of you losing some of what you gained. |

Rep Power: 4  | I have also pondered this question and which is why im going to test it. after this month of pe i will have been pe'ing for about 5 months. If i measure and there are no gains. Im taking a decon break. Although alot of people take decon breaks with no PE. I plan to buy an ADS. and for one month i will use only the ads when i sleep. Hopefully my tissues with have spoftened up by then without losing any gains

And Yeap, ADSing while you sleep is pretty dangerous. Your best bet is to just stick with it during the day. |

Rep Power: 4  | what kind of ads do you think is dangerous when you sleep? I've been using the what-agrip when i sleep very often, although its a very mild form of ads. I was problably going to buy an ads off of ebay called the penis hawk. It's similar to alot of ads, it wraps around your thigh and has an attachment that goes up to your penis

Having any sort of attachments on your penis when you sleep is a dangerous idea.
Sleep is when the penis goes through its best healing process. My opinion is to leave it alone and just let it rest.

Rep Power: 10  | Quik pin-pointed a really good point: the healing process.
More insight: When we sleep, our penis relaxes and contracts, goes from erect to flaccid, over and over, and this cycle most likely plays a big role in "healing" from the minor "damage" we cause when we PE. |
