Question injuries

To everyone for everyone,

Fellas, I got to thinking about some of the things we all go through with our endeavor and came up with an idea that might be useful to new guys and veterans...First, please list some of the injuries you've had to deal with (including the level and duration of pain), secondly, what you did to overcome it
Third, crazy as this may be to ask, did growth come after the injury healed?

When I first started (years ago) I overtrained one or so times. I couldn't get an erection for several days each time. I can't recall if growth came after the injury healed, but it might have.

I'm curious to see the direction of this thread. I think I know where it's going
