Thumbs up Past 1st month, faith and knowledge

Hi everybody!
I started 4 weeks ago, using 1/1 (days on/off) routine:
3 min warm up
5 min two hand Jelq
5 min one hand Jelq
3 min Sit down stretch
3 min Jelq´n´Hold
3 min warm down

My stats were EL 5.7" EG 4.7".
Now I´m EL 6" EG 5", focusing on girth exercises..
What I noticed is that if I have an orgasm (either masturbating or having sex) the engorgement that used to last after the PE sessions goes away.
My flaws were to masturbate immediately after the first two PE sessions.. and finishing off the 1st month having lots of sex on friday (last PE session), saturday and sunday.

This month I won´t do it at all and will post the results. Also, I started today the intermediate exercises.. 2/1 routine:
5 min warm up
10 min two hand Jelq
10 min one hand Jelq
5 min V stretch
5 min Uli
5 min warm down

Comments on the routines and techniques:
I exchanged the sit-down stretch for the V-stretch for convinience; and exchanged the Jelq´n´hold for Uli because J´n´H is focused on Head Size.. and I don´t want a muschroom penis hahaha
For me, using reverse-grip is better because I can grip it very near to the pubic bone, avoiding the baseball bat effect.

Well I gained 0.3" in the first month..
But in the very first exercise I did, my penis reached the current size I have now (went back to normal, during that day, though). So, to me it looks like I simply stretched it to a size it could reach without any growth (building more penile tissue).
I BELIEVE it will grow, but that is not enough for me.
I will KNOW it grows when it reaches a size NEVER displayed before, in any condition, under any circunstances.. (like EL 6.3" EG 5.3")
There´s a difference between BELIEVING and KNOWING..
I hope to break that barrier by the end of this month.

Welcome Ricardo! Good luck with your routine. It will take some time, like all exercise, but if you stick with it you'll see results.
