50 kegels every other day

i have 1 month doing it so ive decided to put more intensity on it, and now what im doing is 10 min of stretch, 15 of jelq, and 100 kegels, is it allright, until how much should increase the intensity and in what period of time? thanks!

Don't increase the intensity for at least 3 months. After that measure gains but remain consistent throughout.

Slanker is correct, take it slow. you're problably not jelqing right. It takes time to figure how to do things the right way

Well, gagawi, you are not exercising enough.
To realize gains, you must fatigue your penis. I recommend 5 days on and 2 days off for the first 90 days of any routine.
I have several good Newbie routines that I hesitate to post here because 1. I am new to the forum.
2. I don't want the founder remek to think I am trying to go against anything he has written.
3. I haven't asked remek's permission to post these routines.

I have had Phenomenal gains in my time doing PE. BUT, I started slow with a routine that I wrote about 4 years ago and has given many men great gains. This routine is designed to condition your penis for more advanced exercises.
It is a beginners routine but in the 90 day program, I guarantee that you will see an increase in length and girth. If remek will give me the OK, I will post some of the routine in another thread. JP

JP: By all means, post whatever you want! In fact, I encourage it.

I don't think any "single" way is the "must" way. I myself advocate using safer methods and light routines, especially in the beginning, simply because it's more healthy and less dangerous. Either way, a lot of men have gained using varying methods. The whole point of this forum is to help get to the bottom of what are the best methods for the individual. With 4" gains, you clearly can help many men do that
