Rep Power: 0 | Thanks for the response JonPop. Do you think taking these supplements and doing the exercises before dinner is a good idea? Or is it only a recommendation to do it before breakfast.
Also, if I were to jelq without lube meaning dry jelqing or jelqing with lotion, is that as effective of effective at all compared to wet jelqs? |

Amino acids are best taken on an empty stomach. Dry or wet Jelqing is an individual preference. I find that dry Jelqing makes my skin sore and wet Jelqing I can get the blood bulge moving easier. It is impossible to do the "V" Jelqs without lube.

Would you elaborate on the total time that we would reasonably need to dedicate to this routine. I have re-read, printed it out and studied, and asked others opinions and remain confused in calculating total time. I believe, my confusion is in the "hard" Kegel (10s. - as stated) X 25rep. (10x25=250s!!=~4min./stretch [R,O,U] ???...correct?) time in the stretches. I am currently taking 2wks. off after finishing the "Beginners Routine" as a "building/growth" break and hope to resume with this 90-day program and track it in my progress log.
Thank you for your time and information.

| Hey flyn. Hmm. When I wrote "Hard Kegels" I should have written "Quick" Kegels. You hold a good stretch and do a quick count of 25 Kegels. You stretch in 4 directions, =100 Kegels total. I'm going to go back and change the wording.
(edit)Just went back and checked and I had already changed this.

Thank you, I just noticed that to, but the "quick" Kegels edit seemed like it may have been referring only to the right side stretch, so I was still confused. I now understand that the "quick" Kegles would apply to all directions. Also, why no downward stretching? Although I understood the "LOT theory and 6:00 weak area, if this did NOT apply to all men, would downward stretching not benefit them in some capacity (I like stretching ON gravity's side if possible), or are there some contraindications here? Again, thanks for your time and valued input.

| I didn't want to over work a Newbies BC muscle to start. 100 kegels per day, is a good start for a 5 day program. Nothing is keeping you from stretching straight down if you desire.

Rep Power: 0 | Basic Stretching Exercises
Grasp your warmed up,FLACID (Try and stay as flacid as you can for these stretching exercises, 30% erection is ideal) penis between the thumb and first finger at the base. Palm toward belly. Stretch out slightly and do what are called "Helicopter Shakes." Using your wrist, swing your penis around in a circle, about 5 revs per second for a quick count of 20. (kind of like twirling a key chain)
Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the theigh.
While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)
Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.
Return to the base and repeat "Helicopter Shakes". It will be easier to do now, as your flaccid length will be longer. This will get the blood back into the glans.
Repeat with 50 "Wet Jelqs" and 30 "V" Jelqs.
Do a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs.
I have a couple questions and I dont mean to sound dumb, but
1.you said do 10 stretches straight out in a big circle to the left?
im lost on that, how is it straight out if your doing it in a circle to the left?
2. is there like a video for this? like maybe a mpg video that i dont really have to download that i could just watch? or maybe you could dumb it down for me so i can completely understand so i know exactly what to do.
Thanks |

Thanks | Picture an old car in the old movies. Where they had to hand crank to start.
Just crank your penis around in a circle 10 cranks to the left, 10 cranks to the right.
Or. stick your arm straight out. Now, make a big circle with your arm. This is what you do to your dick.

I see, ok so stretch to left and kegel 25 times, do we do the same to the right as well? and for the straight out stretch before we crank do i hold the straight out for 30 seconds before cranking? |
