| Sorry BigManPE, that was kind of Insensitive. I just wanted you to use your head and actually read and visualize what I was writing. It' all spelled out plain as day in the 90 day routine.

Rep Power: 0 | Hey Jon I have a few questions. After the first 5 day routine followed by 2 days off, do I do the routine 7 days a week after that or continue with the 5 day workout followed by a 2 day break. During the two day break, can i still take the supplements? |

| Do not exercise 7 days a week on this Beginners program. You might try going 2 days on and 1 day off. Yes you can take the supplements 7 days a week, just skip the Multi Vitamin for 2 days.

I mean it does promote general health and is recommended to be taken daily. |

If your Multi provides no more than 70% of your RDA for Vitamin A, go ahead and take them every day. You will get more than enough to fill the gap in the food you eat. The only draw back to Vitamin A is, that excess can build up in your fatty tissues and an overload of 'A' can be harmful. Do a Google search on Vitamin A.

| From Webmedicine: Pathophysiology
"The recommended daily allowance for vitamin A is 5000 international units (IU) for adults and 8000 IU for pregnant or lactating women. Being fat-soluble, vitamin A is stored to a variable degree in the body, making it more likely to cause toxicity when taken in excess amounts. In contrast, water-soluble vitamins are generally excreted in the urine and stored only to a limited extent; hence, adverse effects only occur when extremely large amounts are taken."
Thats why I recommended in the 90 day routine to only take the supplements for a 5 day period. So the body can rid it'self of any build up. I should have pin pointed just the multi vitamin.

Rep Power: 0 | You're asking for me to do 100-200 kegels separate from the ones done during stretching, correct?
What kind of kegels do those 100-200 consist of? Quick ones, as described in the stretching, or 5 second long kegels? |

Rep Power: 0 | A Few Questions... Hello everyone! I have a few question that I'm sure someone can help me out on. Okay, my penis length is 6 inches. I'm a virgin (proud) but the thing is, my girlfriend and I might have sex in about a month. I'd like to lose my virginity with her, but I'm worried that I won't please her enough. I've read that 6 inches is normal size, but just like everyone else, I want to be above average. I want to do the exercises stated on the first page, but how can you really tell if your penis is too tired or not from the workout the day before? Is it just intuition as to whether you think it is or not? Also, my girlfriend's previous boyfriends have all been 8 inches. But she's never had anal sex. I've read up on different positions for sex and am looking forward to using them. My LOT is 12 so I guess I'm one of those lucky bastards! Haha If I follow these steps step by step, what's the soonest I could see results and how much of an increase? If my girlfriend is used to 8 inches, will it take me about 16 months to reach this? Also, if I follow the steps and increase the workouts when needed over the years, is it possible to reach 12 inches +? I know this is crazy, but if you did these over the course of 40 years . . . Would you like literally have a 3rd leg? Haha So I need to do the exercises that were... I can't remember off the top of my head. But I mean in what directions I need to do because of my LOT. Please help me as soon as I can and I plan on not going overboard like many other beginners have. You guys know what you're doing and I dont. Thank you for helping all of us. We REALLY appreciate it. I don't like searching for workouts on the internet and then finding out that I have to pay to find anything out. You guys are doing the right thing in sharing with the world so once again, thank you! |
