Some people, for example, are naturally stocky and have strong muscles (a good physique). Now, they can exercise those muscles and make them bigger, but there is a genetic limit for how strong their muscles will get.
So, basically, there is no guarantee you will even get 8 inches even after 2 years. It's likely (I think?), but there is a possibility you won't be able to. Then again, you may be able to reach 12 inches, as well.
Although, most women will find 12 inches dreadful; except for the size queens. In cases of length, generally the greatest benefit is the PSYCHOLOGICAL effect that it gives the female, "Oh, the big strong rippling penis is going to penetrate me and make me cum like a madwoman", blah blah blah. Rep Power: 0  | I have a question about the 90 day routine. When it comes to the jelq, is it better to use a lite grip or tighter? Also I do the 5 on 2 off. Is it ok to use a stretching device on my day off? |

An off day is just that, wait until you are done with the routine before using any mechanical devices.

Rep Power: 0  | Thanks for the routine post! I have been randomly doing jelqing for about a week now, and will take today and tomorrow off before I start this routine! I plan to do two days on, one day off.
Is it that big of a deal if sometimes I go three days on, one day off, or one day on, one day off? I have a roommate, and times are awkward... |

| Do your routine whenever you can find the time. Just don't go too hard just because you have missed a couple of days. The more days you miss, the more you have to re-condition, so take it easy.

There is only so much your body/muscles can take/give out before they need R&R (and during these days off is when your muscles can actually grow the most). I was thinking, on these off days from PE, would it be a good idea to still do a warm-up and some light stretches (no jelqing/kegals/v-jelqs)? |
