I take a rest day whenever my BPSFL starts to go down. I know this IMMEDIATELY when I start my routine, because I measure my stretches as I stretch. Yes I know your not SUPPOSTED to measure all the time, let alone as you stretch, but I DISAGREE. I think that by doing this I get IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK on a key negative indicator, atleast in my opinion, which is decrease in BPSFL. If BPSFL has gone down as I start the routine, I quickly end it and try again the next day. Since I haven't stretched more than a minute before I know if I should continue, I haven't put any more stress on myself and the healing/growth can continue.

Default Permanent results?

Hi, I was just wondering if the results and size you gain from this procedure will stay with you permanently even after you stop performing the exercises?

Jonpop,

I'm struggling with the V-Jelqs mainly because I don't feel as if I have enough grip. Therefore can I ask two questions?

1. Which fingers are you using exactly? Counting from your thumb (including your thumb), is it fingers 3 and 4 (finger 5 being the little finger)?

2. My grip slips a lot when I try this exercise and when I do manage a rep, I don't seem to be forcing much blood up the penis. Is this a lighter version of a jelq? What I mean is, should I be getting the same pressure I'd get from a normal wet jelq?

Thanks!

There is a point of growth that you will "cement" your gains. These will stay with you.

Yes the 3rd and 4th fingers. If you start at the base, with good pressure it will be like a wet Jelq. You need about a 60-75% erection for these.
