tanvir, are you doing only the routine? Doing it once a day and no more? Have you added any exercises? If so, you are overworking. Take a couple of days off.

OK im read this i must say it is a good one. funny how PE minds that never connected connect. I do believe it is the "V" jelq that will spark the gainsin his routine. I have been doing the "V" jelq for years now. Because i was not able to do a OK grip. I thought i was the one that invented the "V" grip but it seems like Jon Pop may had invented something simular at the same time or before i had. The "V" grip is the same as the "V" jelq.

I find that the slower you "V" jelq the better taking as much as twenty seconds to complete the jelq. Now this is easy iwhen your jelqed out dick is greater than 7". But try to exceed 5 seconds if you can. This means you will have to relax more while you jelq. Relax the muscles of your legs and pelvis feet and just slowly jelq out the jelq. If your feelin it in the shoulders your working it to hard.

Your stretches in theis program Jon Pop are also very simular to mine. I also kegeled while stretching holding that stretch out for at least 30 seconds perhaps longer. Now i started out with a 12 o:clock LOT. But i did the test wrong i was really a 6 O:clock LOT.

Yeah, Kingpole. I wrote this Newbie routine back somewhere in the middle of 04.
Had many, many guys complete this program with very good results. This routine was designed specificly to teach those new to PE, the basic exercises and to condition the penis to prevent injury. If a guy sticks with this for the full 90 day program, his penis will be ready for almost any advanced exercises. AND...I agree about the "V" Jelqs. This is one of the key exercises in this routine.

Now that I'm getting the hang of this "V" jelq my sessions are going really well. I'm on day 4, and noticing a difference already.

Hello, this is my first post on this forum. I am a complete newb. I came across this forum by accident yesterday, I didn't know there were exercises you could do, but it would make sense because it is a muscle. Anyway my question is what exactly is the O.K. grip and the V grip? Sorry, I know this is beyond basic.

MaxD, welcome to the PE Gym. The O.K. grip is simply, making an "O" sign with either your thumb and index finger or thumb and middle finger, which ever is better for you.
The "V" is made by using the third and forth fingers spread into a "V". Picture Mr. Spock from "Star Trek".

Well, Max. The routine is VERY improtant in the conditioning of the penis.
BUT..You can go here. Penis Enlargement Forum - BetterMan.com and check out the Jelq Device.
This is the best tool to do your Jelq's with. I have worn out 3 of them and attribute my girth gains to this device. JP
