Default Kegel Question?

I think I may be doing this wrong I know where it is and how to stop my pee...ext. But all the notes say most men can't hold over 5 sec. But it seem I can hold it for a while so long I get board with it and never end up doing a full session I think I'm ADD or something. Now I don't think I'm a kegel stud or anything because hardly ever get rock hard just enough to get th job done. (any tricks for that by the way)

One of the keys with kegels is not so much about how long you can hold each one...but more so about how many you can do. It's a repetitive exercise, meaning you're supposed to do MANY in repetitions. I'd suggest starting with a couple hundred a day throughout the day whenever you're able to sit for a few minutes here and there to do them, and whenever you think to. Progress up to 500+ daily. You'll definitely notice an increase in things like stamina, erection strength, ejaculation distance...possibly in ejaculation volume too, as some men report.
