Red face hello im Kingpole

This is my first thread on this site. I am a veteran PE'r who is quite good at it. I have been at it for over 3 years and had some pretty decent gains. Mostly i started PE over three years ago to help my ED problem. My routines changes every 6-8 weeks i do all manual exercises and a lot of ballooning. Why do i balloon, because i can. When your dick has been absent for 6 years of your life and by the miraculous force of sensible PE you gain it back. Well don't take your dick fo granted because if you lose the use of it you feel like an IT.

And i felt like an IT! from age 36-41 i had comeplete ED. I could cum wihout even getting an erection. To say the least this was very agonising. Never in my life at this time did i get so much female attention than when i had ED. Diabetes and 2 years of Nuerontin use along with antihistamines and blood pressure medication did me in as well as my dick.

My advice to you younger dudes. Don't get ED, give up the sugar especially white sugar it only leads to health problems. Eat food that is not proccesed and as close to it's natural state as possible. I had a diet pepsi habit, likely the culprit to my other disease hypothyroidism. The one of the complications of hypothyroid is that it can lead to diabetes. Chuck the diet pepesi and the nutrasweet.

My PE techniques are unorthadox to say the least. I only do manual PE and i use a lite grip. I also jelq very slow 10-30 seconds. Currently im doing a jelq i invented. you form an OK grip at the base that is not to tight. the liter the grip the better. You count to ten and while you are doing this your dick balloons up nicely, then you take the base grip you move it up towards the glans for another ten count. Then at just below the glans you count to five and then repeat the jelq. Do twenty of them after a long slow stretch.

hey kingpole. Impressive gains, congrats. What are your tips on stretching and what gains have you had from manual stretching? And what is ballooning?

How did you deal with the premature ejaculation and ED problem, any specific techniques?

indeed. Welcome aboard! Inspiring story for sure! Its awesome to see stories like this. Its also a great testament to show a man does not always need drugs to fix his body. Many times all it takes is a lifestyle and/or dietary habit correction.

Excellent advice, King. I don't think there's a coincidence in how you've gained so much. I think it largely has to do with your training methods (switching up your routine every so often, using a light grip, etc.).

hold the stretch out at it's max w/o pain for at least 15-30 seconds. stretching is for flaccid gains, jelqs for erect gains. but then fowfers also bring flaccid and erect gains from what i have heard.

The six years i had ED i felt like less than a man. I lost myself in my studies, going to school full time living off of grants, so on and so on. But it was always embedded in the back of my mind. My dick "Shrunk"! Ick! I felt lousy, weak and tired all the time always these flu like symptoms. periodically when i got a "A" on a test or in a course i would have a flaccid jerk off. A two minute wham bam. No real sexual urge just a biological souless urge to to hump my hand.

Couse of action to reverse ED was to find a way to deal with it. After recieving a computer for Christmas from my brother i discovered purely by aciident Thundersplace. lurked there for three months in 04 tell i finall started to gain in erectile length. Around Deember 04 was when it was returning. I loved my 80% erections!

I need to join Thunders! So after trying several tries joined. With my new 6" "Dickfelt like a stud again with my full 80% erection. I discovered my Guru Werner Ashford. Taught me the ways of Edging and Ballooning. With the Newbie routine, the "U" grip and PE followed by edging i soon was gettin fast erect gains. And my erections were growing before my eyes in permanent growth. From 5.5" to 7.45 in a mattter of 4 months.

I don't know if the key was folllowing up the PE session with an edging session that promoted the gains. Certainly about an inch was grow back.
