When I measured last Sunday I came in 1/16 inch shorter and 1/16 inch less girth.
Remek pointed out that this is a negative PI, so I've decided to back off for three consecutive days and then to resume my exercises with 15 minutes of jelqing instead of 20.
I just wanted to check all of this out with others. I don't have any negative PIs immediately after PE, in fact it just feels kind of good. The apparent loss in length is the only thing I've seen.
My master plan with PE is to play it safe rather than sorry, but I want to make sure I'm not babying myself either. Like most novices I'm very eager to see those inital gains and want to keep stepping up my workouts.
By summer I'm hoping to see gains that will be significant enough to boast here.
