routine update im 2 and a half months with the p.e, and well my flacid state is longer than before, my lengh when erect at 100% has gone from 5'' 5'' to 5.2'' 5.2'', i was doing the beginers exercise
10 min of warmup
6 min of stretch
10 min of jelq
50 kegels
but now ive decided to do 10 min of stretch, 15 min of jelq at 100% and towel raise, which i suppose i can change it for the regular kegel
if somebody can give me an advice i would appreciate it
