Sergio. Lok at your hand with the palm facing you. Thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, little finger. Make a "V" between the middle finger and the ring finger. Turn your wrist so your fingers are pointing down. Curl your fingers slightly toward your palm and insert the base of your penis in the "V". Squeeze fingers and slide/pull your penis up to your belly button. Use lots of lube for this exercise, you want your hand to slide easily. When you reach the glans, hold a second in a stretch and then start the other hand/"V" up the shaft. Use both hands for these "V" Jelqs. Both hands count as 1 rep.
