GC: Thanks for your kind words. I never thought that I could inspire someone, especially since I haven't gained anything.

If you never need any advice, don't be afraid to ask.

Good luck with your gains.

Unfortunately, no.

I plan on starting in about a week or two. I really wanted to decondition myself. After all, there's no rush - I've already wait this long, right?

I did want to start about a week ago, but things have just been really hectic and stressful lately. I didn't think it would be a good time to start a PE regiment. When I do start, I will let everyone know and post up the routine I plan to follow.

Sounds good. I'm taking a little break myself. Keep us updated!

I counted ~20 methods in 36 months. Just curious, but what's the longest devoted period of time you've adhered to one single regimen? Also, what's your LOT? I've got a low number and worry that I'm about to set off down the same road of many trials with few successes.

Hey Stretch, you won't know which trail is the right one, until you take that first step.
Have you been at PE for 3 years?
I adheared to my 90 day beginners routine for, uh...90 days. After that I started incorporating advanced exercises and differnt devices. Some exercises I kept, some I found didn't do anything and would go on to something new. It's all trial and error.

Never really measured LOT. The theory never really convinced me. I think stretching at all angles is the most beneficial, so that's what I did.

The longest I've spent on any routine was probably about 2 months.

The reason I switched up so many times is because I believe that if a routine is working, you will either a) see developing positive PIs, b) growth in girth or length, or c) both positive PIs and growth. One way or another I was always yanking on my penis, but it never wanted to grow. Best advice I could give right now is to just listen to your own body - if a routine is working, you'll know. If it's not, tweak it a bit.

Hope that helps....
