There's a few things you can do. For right now, focus jelqing with a higher erection level (around 80 percent). After about 5 weeks, also throw some Flaccid Bends into the mix: Flaccid Bend - Penis Enlargement Gym

Yes I sugest obends, and slow wet jelqs at about 50-80% anything above 80 just seems futile for me at least

I suggest doing slow wet jelques with brief stretch holds at the end of each jelq. Also, increase the number and intensity of your kegels. This promotes better bloodflow to the penis all day long which is essential for bringing nutrients for building.

You can either increase intensity or time. My suggestion is to increase time - intensity can be saved for when gains run out and for when you penis is more conditioned so as to prevent injury.

Increase time slowly - you'll thank me in the long run.

I find that if i start at about 80% i end up at about 50% halfway through a set....is this a problem? And i'm on a pretty regular workout so do you also think i should increase intensity?
