Hi guys, I'm 19 years old, and I'm 6-1/4 length and 5-1/4 girth naturally. I'm gonna start getting into these exercises and eventually into clamping, hanging and pumping, any and all advice on how to start out safe and get good gains over the long run will be greatly appreciated.
My goals are 8-9"s length and 7 girth, thanks.

Hi Rookie12345,

My advice:

a. Don't plan on getting into clamping, hanging, and pumping until you have been doing PE for many months and have assessed your situation as NEEDING those techniques.

b. Go to Amazon.com and buy yourself a copy of Remek's book. His book will answer just about every question you could have about planning a routine with your goals in mind. Safety and gradual increases are key to PE success. I'm new at this too, but I've read it over and over here and elsewhere. We have to be careful not to overtrain:

rookie: Welcome to The PE Gym!

As HR said, gradual increases are the key to success. A lot of guys jump into the advanced exercises right off the bat, thinking they'll gain more. Not only is this dangerous, but it leads to a dead end as it leaves no room to increase the intensity.

Rookie,

Welcome to the PE Gym
Don't jump into hanging and clamping until you have had a chance to condition your penis. The newbie period takes about 3 months and then you have to start out with caution. Hanging and clamping is an extremely advanced exercise.

Another humble welcome! You're starting at a great age. I began PE out of pure curiosity (would it work?) when I was 20. I agree with what's said above; there's no need to go quickly with PE. Take your time, learn all you can, focus first on what you want most...length, or girth. Start with the more simple exercises like stretches and jelqing. The beginner routines are the best place to start.
