Default Make sure I'm set up to do this right

Hey all,

Today I just decided that I'm going to start PEing again. For about 4 months 5 years ago (when I was 17) I used PE to obtain decent results (about an inch in length, and half an inch in girth), but was never sure if it was just my normal development, or PEing helped. Anyways just to make sure I'm doing my stats right, for length would I press a tape measure up to my pelvic bone and measure the length without doing a kegel? Also, I'm opting to start with Jonpops advanced beginner routine. Since I have previous experience should I quickly move up to more advanced routines?

Anyways, I plan on starting tomorrow as I can get into a routine if I start when the work week starts. I will post progress in the progress section as soon as I notice a measurable gain. Any other tips for someone about to start up again?

To take an accurate bone pressed erect length measurement: Get erect, press a RULER (tape measures flex too much to be reliably accurate) along the top of your penis, over the penis (not off to one side) as far into the 'fat pad' and as close to the pubic bone as possible without hurting yourself. That is your bone pressed erect length, and you use this as an accurate way to track gains. To measure your non bone pressed, well that's performed the same way, but without pressing into the fat pad...rather, just place the ruler right against the skin.

Girth is most accurately measured with a non metallic tape measure. Measure your girth at mid-shaft.

Good advice from SWM. Tape measures are good for girth and that's about it.

Also, you may want to try to find a wooden ruler. Doesn't cut in your skin as much as plastic.

I think if you haven't PE'd for 5 years you should just start of as a newbie as opposed to an advanced newbie. I would not move up quickly.
It's very unlikely your tissues are conditioned in the least. If you start off too heavy or move too fast you will just cost yourself gains in the long run.

Hey Red, welcome to the PE Gym. If you are just starting back, you need to re-condition your penis. If you decide to start on the 90 day routine, do it exactly as written for the full 90 day program. DO NOT jump into any advanced exercises. This program is designed to condition and PREVENT injuries. Again, welcome aboard and please keep us informed of your progress. JP
