Default Weight Loss

Hey All!,

I haven't been here for like 1.5 months and boy has thi splace grown, post everywhere and tryin to keep up lol.

Well as some of you know I went on my "weight loss journey" to try and figure out about this 15lbs lost will add half an inch. WebMD has it more about 35lbs for every inch. Well.....I have been dieting now, end of week 4 tomorrow so I will weigh myself back in but by the end of week 3 I had lost 28lbs *yay*.

I definately see a difference in the length of my penis when flaccid, especially with the first 20lbs. I am a turtler like most and even when I turtle it seems a little bigger, on top of it it seems that my junk has more room just from my thighs not being as big as well so its not as 'pushed forward' if you know what I mean. I haven't had a chance to really measure myself as I have been extremely stupid busy plus I Have flooding my house so I have been cleaning up and still waiting for them to tear down a whole bunch of stuff but anyways, a huge thing though is that after I noticed the intial gain it completely stopped.

I actually brougt this up to my doctor and got a great answer so I will share it. He said that abdominal fat in men is the first thing we notice when we begin to lose weight, hence the very sudden appearance in difference in penis length, but unfortunately for us, it is the very last thing to go. So as the rest of my body is begin to lose the fat (thighs like I mentioned before in hanging more), once the rest of me is all slim and tender, I will then begin to lose the abdominal fat, 'specially lower abdominal fat then really seeing the length in penis size....what did this do...motivated the hell out of me to lose these last 50 lbs as I'm already 30 down so I will definately keep you all posted.

I stopped PE'ing for the last 1.5 months just to stop and let it be by weight loss only but I think I"ll continue with at least jelqing and kegels to at lesat keep up a good EQ during the whole thing.

My diet is a tough one. Pretty much I have a low fat (93/7 meat I bought) cheeseburger for breakfast, for lunch I'll have like half a crab and for dinner I"ll have just a piece of sirloin steak or something. IN between I"ll just have a piece of cheese rolled up with a piece of ham or a couple pieces of salami or something, so pretty much very high protein diet. I do take a calcium multi vitamin to keep me nutritioned at least but the pounds are seriously just shedding off. I lost 18lbs in just the first week doing this eating 1000 calories and drinking 10 cups of water, its been 5 and 6 lbs for the last 2 weeks since then per week. I"m going to add in cardio by buying an elepictal next becuase not sure if some of you know, but doing abdominal excersize does not, unfortunately, get rid of abdominal fat, only cardio does this, these excersizes only make the appearance of the abdominal muscles more profound and easier to see.

Well thats up my update for now and will keep you all informed.

Oh and definately a difference in libido from this diet. Not having erections nearly as much, they don't seem as strong or as hard, semen level definately dropped as well. It's the true downside to this diet but thats why I'm going to begin jelqing again and I know it'll come back once I eat on a more balanced diet by adding in some vegetables and stuff.

Workinit: Great to hear about your diet loss success story. Keep up the great work.

So you've lost nearly 30 pounds. How much penis size would you say you've gained?

I hate to be the bad giuy but you may be restricting your calories to much. unless your under 4'9" a 1000 calories is quite adequate for losing weight. The diet concept you have is great with lots of protein and water. I would add in some healthy fats as well and just a few carbs. Get those calories up to 1600 per day. What will happen if you don't is the weight you will lose will mostly be muscle. you will have sagging skin when you are done. And your set point will be so low that you will likely gain the weight back pronto. Also are you doing any kind of exercise?

hey kingpole

Thanks for the concern but I think I'll be just fine. Since its more of an intense diet I actually go to the doctors once a week on this and I've been doing just fine. The protein is more to ensure that I don't lose muscle and lose fat. The point of the 1,000 calories a day is to enduce a more controlled based ketosis. By my body not taking in an glucose/sugar at all, it automatically begins to break down the stored fat I have in my body to feed my brain the glucose since the brain only consumes glucose. This is why I am losing the weight I have lost because its actual fat burn to feed the body the sugar it needs rather then me intaking any. I do have cheese and such. I pretty much eat chicken, sirloin steaks, sea food and cheeseburgers. I just would buy the meat, make the cheeseburgers, make 'em and just not have it with the bun. Same for the other things. And the doctor gives me a multi-vitamin shot once a week so that I'm not depriving myself of the nutrients that I may also need. Hence why its more of a controlled ketosis.

Also, if you do any research on ketosis, you'll read that I won't gain the weight back on pronto. One of the biggest reasons people continue to gain weight is there body switches from getting energy from stored fat and begins to take it only from foods being intaken, most of the time from over eating. Then the rest just gets stored if not used rather than the majority processed and disposed of. I am doing this to help switch around that process to both intaken foods and stored fat so that the weight doesn't just plump back on.

As for excersise, I do tons. That was the biggest thing, I do cardio, I do and teach Shaolin Kung fu and T'ai Chi yet I was unable to get myself below 280. I wasn't eating much and at one point even became a vegetarian for a year and my body seemed to just stop at that point. I was even doing modern dance and small amounts of jazz and hip hop. I just wasn't budging. So thats why I turned my diet more into a high protein and water based diet, the multi vitamin shot and continuing with my excersise and the weight seems to be just melting right off a lot easier.

I think most people refer to this diet as a "B-12" diet though I'm not taking any B-12. I just take a multi-vitamin shot and I just last week began taking a MIC shot so that the fat is broken up and easier to burn with my cardio. Since then I seem to be doing a good 5lbs a week.

On a more bio-chemistry based undestanding. Two strands of glucose together make the sugar we eat. Three is start and of course five is diabetes. The goal is to take the two strands together (stored fat) and just have my body break that down to the one strand of glucose to feed the brain. Controlled ketosis.

I really do appreciate the concern though

I'd say the gain is just a little over a half an inch. I can see a ring more towards the base of my penis where the fat use to cover right on top of there. I'm guessing the end of the fat patch over the blatter. My real guess is that more of the gains on penis size to reach the 1 inch for every 35 lbs is going to come from the last 50 lbs I lose over the next couple months since the abdominal fat is the last thing to go. I get a feeling once that happens I will see a 1"+ gain just from that cause the thing I noticed the most was my thighs and the "love handles" that stick out the sides. Those are pretty much gone but still a lot of lower abdominal fat there for that tire hangin down.

That's great news. Keep us updated about those last 50 lbs. We'll be rooting for you (even if you insist on keeping the calorie count so low).

Im diabetic and my diet is aboutn 75% protein when i want to trim a little bit. However i stay around 1800-2000 calories per day. Have ytou been checked for diabetis or hypothyroid disease?
Will the caloric intake go up in stages as your body adapts to ketosis? Ketosis is dangerous for type 1 diabetes. (to much insulin and not enough glucose to take the insulin into the cells)
I thought of asking if you were on a doctor controlled program. IIt is not safe to lose more than 2 pounds per week un less supervised by a physisician and the weight has to come off to preserve life.
