Smile Question about streching

Hey i have some simple important question.
I strech about 10 min. and one strech is about 30 sek.Do you thing that the strech when you
advanced be about 40,50 sek or something.?I do streching about 2 mounth.Give me some advace....
My tehnic is
10 min warm up
10 min streching+360 degree strech 10 repeat
25 min.jelg
about 200 kegels(at all day,one day off,one day on,i do PEing about 2 mounth)Is this good?i see some gains.And pls tell me without advanced exercise in future
can i have more and more gains?
and which advanced exercise is the best...you now which one the people says that is healthy and strong you now...

i dont have days off i have days off just for kegels.Is this ok?much love

bambam, my first question would be, are you making gains? If so, just stay with the routine you are doing.
If not, slowly up your stretch time; 40 or 50 seconds is Ok.

It's hard to predict your future gains.
