Off Days.mY routine i Don't have off days.Is this a problem?
My routine is
(i do PEing two mounth)
warm up:10 min
JAI strech 10 times 2 sek.
Streching:10 min
360 degree strech 10 times(15 sek)
flaccid bend 4 times(20 sek)
Jelging:25 min
cool down 5 min.
+now 50 kegels(one day on,one day off,i have off days just for kegels)
and 10 times kegels with my shirt.I don't now my EQ.4,5,6,7,8,9,10.how to find my EQ? |
