Default Off Days.mY routine

i Don't have off days.Is this a problem?
My routine is
(i do PEing two mounth)
warm up:10 min
JAI strech 10 times 2 sek.
Streching:10 min
360 degree strech 10 times(15 sek)
flaccid bend 4 times(20 sek)
Jelging:25 min
cool down 5 min.
+now 50 kegels(one day on,one day off,i have off days just for kegels)
and 10 times kegels with my shirt.I don't now my EQ.4,5,6,7,8,9,10.how to find my EQ?

You do all that daily...?

You should make two off days for yourself (lets say Wed and Sun) or just do some light stretching for a few minutes.
