I had a quick question, I started the Okay and V procedure 11 days ago, the one outlined in the home page by Jon. It said it recommended 30-50% erection, but basically I am flaccid the entire time. How crucial is it to be slightly erect, I want girth gains as well as length - maybe even more so?

scdude, do you have a hard time getting erected? You need that blood in your penis to expand your corpora cavernosa in order to gain girth. For Jelqing, you need to be 60-70% erected. Now, length exercises are best done flaccid.

Erections aren't a problem with my wife involved, but going from the flaccid stretches to the jelqing I haven't been doing anything in between to get erect.
