Default Advanced Exercises

JP's Tunica Tugs
An exercise I've just come up with. Simple and effective.

Take the index and middle fingers and make a ^ pointing down.
Press these against the pubic bone at the base of the shaft and squeeze.
With your other hand, grasp the shaft just behind the glans and as you stretch out, press hard with the ^ back into the pubic bone. Stretch out as hard as you can while pressing back as hard as you can. Squeeze the ^ tight and hold the stretch. Don't release the ^ even if you have to release at the glans. Just re-grip at the glans and stretch again. Hold this stretch as long as you can. You are not stretching the ligs with this exercise, just the tunica. JP

I'd like to add a new part to the "Tunica Tugs".

Useing your index and middle finger, make a < and grasp the base of the shaft. (Sideways) Pull out and stretch at the glans. Push the < back into the pubic bone and squeeze the < tight.
When you are pushing back as far as you can and the shaft is stretched as far as it will go, take the hand holding the glans and pull (back toward the abdoman) up and over the index finger, using this finger as a fulcrum. Hold this stretch as long as you can. Then make a > with the other hand and repeat this exercise by pulling down and using the middle finger as a fulcrum. Do 5 reps in each direction, at 30 seconds each. You can roll your wrist to apply more tension to the fulcrum(s). If at any time you lose your grip at the glans, you can move your pulling hand down the shaft somewhat to get more of a grip, but always keep the <->'s squeezed tight and pressed back into the pubic bone.

Because the tunica needs to stretch to gain length and girth, I'd call these a dual purpose exercise.

I think this is the variation of the "V" stretch.

JP: Very interesting exercise. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like the principles make sense:

You're using the finger "^" grip to hold the ligs in place while you focus the stretch on the actual penis (i.e. the tunica), correct?

Yes, you have it. This is a tunica stretch.

The V-Stretch is a method of stretching designed to exert greater forces on the tunica and ligaments than is possible by simply pulling on the penis from its point of attachment out along a single axis. Works to help increase imbalances in the stress on the penis by incorporating a secondary transverse force. A larger than normal cross sectional tension gradient is created allowing the force exterted by the hand to be more effective on a targeted area of the tunica than would be possible if the entire tunica was under equal tension
The V-Stretch use pressure on the top of the shaft forcing the penis into a V-shape, both increasing stress in portions of the tunica and placing the burden of that stress mostly on the suspensory ligaments. The inverted V-stretch uses pressure on the bottom of the shaft placing stress on the tunicae, attaching fasciae and pubic rami. The fulcrum may be created at any angle transverse to the shaft to aim stress at a specific area of attachment.

The V-Stretch consists of the following actions:

Warm wrap
Create the initial overhand ok grip behind the glans, using a suitable grip enhancement
Pull to a moderate tension
Hook the thumb of the other hand over the shaft at its mid point
Push down carefully
Hold for a period
Release carefully
The penis should be in a fully flaccid state before attempting this stretch.

Thank you damulag. This is why I try to keep the exercises I post in simple language.
A Newbie reading the description of these "V" stretches, would give up after the first two paragraphs.
