i've had a hunch that less ejaculations means more gains, is this a fairly accepted fact?

I haven't gained anything for over a month and a half. Maybe I am trying to hard to get that extra 3/8 ". I stoped with the heavy weights over 45 lbs and going back to the basics. On my hanging time I am using less weight with a longer hanging time up to 20 minutes three (3) time a day with one day off.

as far masterbating during PEing I don't do it. I would rather have sex with my wife after I get through PE workout. To work yourself up to that point were you have to ejaculate dosen't help your gains. Of course that is only my veiw.

Dustpan,

I've seen that happen a lot to veterans: They get really close to their goal, and this really motivates them to do more... often much more (as in your case, nearly hanging 100 lbs ). Anyway, I have a hunch that this type of training often leads to over-conditioning.

Perhaps a decon break would help?

hey, thanks for the response dust, im gunna try to stick to that. i mean, obviously ill always make an exception for sex, but ill avoid masturbating.

Remek, I am sorry for my late reply. Actually, 80% is just my wild guess. I don't really know the actual percentage. I have been doing these casual exercises since I was 16, now I am 30. May be the bio-tech people can help research in the percentage of genetic contribution to penis growth. I am Asian and didn't know the stereotype, Asians have small penises, until I came to the U.S. I had seen my friends' penises when I was living in Southeast Asia, and they were not small at all. I guess 7" is an average size in my country. Anyway, my penis's got discoloration lately since I have been doing jelqing and stretching pretty hard.
