Default please motivate me to 6"

hey guys. i'm 18 years old and only 5". it's below average, so i'm going to my best for my future wife. hehe. can i gain an inch in 3 months?
i got that newbies should do warm up/down for getting used to further PEs.
guys tell me the easiest way of warming up except that rice thing. that's far impossible for me.
oh, yes, come to think about it, i'm for 6" in 3 months and mostly for length at first.
thx.

Get an IR lamp, I think the socks suck too. Consider yourself lucky if you gain that much in 3 months, not saying it will not happen, just that you really have to want it.

i warm up by hanging my junk into hot water. i use one of those narrow coolaid/concentrate juice containers. the tupperwear things.

if your lucky itll happen. i would say the best advice is be consistant and precise. find one of the experienced guys to trust and follow thier advice almost to the letter. its not like weightlifting where trying harder and busting your ass is such a good way to get gains. be precise and scientific about it.

almost5,

An inch is definitely obtainable, so long as you take it slow, listen to your PI's (see sparky's article), and increase the intensity.

Good luck!

jaa408,

Welcome to the Gym. Every PE exercise on this site has been effective for at least one person. Nearly all of them have been effective for thousands of men. This site wouldn't be up if the exercises didn't work.

As a beginner, you'll want to start with Our free penis enlargement guide for beginner's.

With good nutrition, PenisEnlargement exercises, Physical Exercises, and low number of ejaculations, you can reach your goal easily !!!

Well, I don't recommend you cut sex to gain length and girth. But from my experience, ballooning (multiple orgasms without ejaculation) helps penis enlargement.
