Hey guys, I'm new to the forums and I have a few general PE questions. I had my first PE session today and noticed a few things that I wanted to ask about.

1. After the rice sock warmup, my penis was erect due to the heat sensation and blood flow. I waited until it went down, but it doesn't go completely flaccid. When I started stretching, my penis would become erect about halfway through each 30 second stretch. I would wait until it went down and then move on to the next stretch. Is this normal? I felt like it was hampering the basic stretch routine I was doing by becoming erect every single damn stretch.

2. After starting a beginner 10 minute jelq session, I noticed that my penis would become 80-95% erect after every 20 strokes or so. It is extremely frustrating because I would then have to stop and wait until it went down to a 50% erection. Then 20 strokes later I would have to pause again and wait for it to subside. Again, is this normal? And does pausing to wait until my erection goes down decrease the effectiveness of the jelqing?

I then did 50 5 second kegels followed by a 5 minute warm down followed by a few more stretches. I noticed that I didn't really have the erection problem during the second set of stretches, probably because my penis was already tired from the first stretches, the jelqing session, and the repeated erections. Is it helpful to do stretches after the jelqing session and warm down?

Is this something that I will be able to control better as I gain PE experience?

Also, I'm average at 5.75 erect and about 4.5 girth. Not sure about flaccid measurements. I can't wait to see some gains.

hey man!

im still pretty new at this, but ill give you some basic answers until some more experienced people will come along =D

1. from what i have read, this does happen a lot, and you will get use to the exercises and eventually your body will stop reacting to them as masturbation, and you will not get turned on so much by them anymore

2. i pretty much have the exact opposite problem lol. as i jelq, i become less erect, and where as you have to wait for your erection to subside, i have to wait for it to get harder again!! im pretty sure that these waits dont matter, as in total you will still be getting the same amount of jelqing done, it just takes you longer

3. some people suggest doing stretches just before you warm down, others say warm down WHILST stretching so that your penis is in the extended state and will help 'cement' gains.
from what i have read, many people recommend cooling down instead of warming down. use something slightly colder than room temperature, such as a wet cloth. the cooling leaves your penis in a relatively stretched state even once you have finished PE. try holding a comfortable stretch while cooling down as some experienced members suggest this is the best way

Thanks for the advise. I get erections at the drop of a hat. If I counted how many I got in a day, it would be at least 30. With PE that number just jumped to 50 lol.

I'm hoping it's just an experience thing and that it will become easier as I get better at it.

It's probably due to lack of a sex life. I haven't gotten laid since I was 17 .

FLMike, welcome to the PE Gym. Hee...I remember when I was a walking erection at 19.

Yes, luvs2 is right. The longer you do PE, the less problem you'll have with trying to stay at the recommended erection level. Stretch as much as you can, when you become too erected, start your Jelqs. Try to stay at around 60-70%. Catch your dick during the day when it's flaccid and stretch then, every chance you get. When you go pee, pull on that puppy. Good luck.

Thanks for the advise.

Is it good to stretch after a warm down? I ask because I had no problems keeping myself flaccid after I had already gone through the whole workout.
