Smile Cernunnos' first jelqing session...

Hello everybody.

Well, I tried jelqing today, the Newbie routine, and I have a few issues I would like to address with you all.

My erection level fluctuated a lot throughout the 10 minutes of jelqing. (I use an overhand grip, and use more of a U-grip, thus only really touching the CC's.) I found that my erection level went anywhere from 35-40% to 70-80% throughout the session.

I did feel the pressure increasing during my more successful strokes, but alot of the time it didn't feel like I was doing it right.

Sometimes I put a lot of pressure, and sometimes there was less.

At one point I felt a certain uncomfortable feeling in my shaft; it wasn't pain, more of a feeling of over-sensitivity, like if you get touched in the same place too many times in a row. Kind of a Chinese Water-Torture kind of feeling.

I went on for 10 minutes, but all in all my session was "all over the place" if you know what I mean.

I know that I shouldnt expect to be doing it right on the first session, but it would help if I had some pointers from the pros.

So, any ideas or suggestions please?

hey buddy!

ive only been foind PE for a few weks now, but at the very beggining jelqing was my least favourite part. i couldnt do it, my grip was all wrong, my erection came and went every 30 seconds, and it was uncomfortable. i really didnt like it at all. but now its my favourite part. you will notice how easyily you will get into the swing of things when it comes to jelqing. just remember to apply the same amount of pressure ALL OVER the penis (remember to stop under the head). if you dont, you will get a uneven shaped penis.
if it hurts, or is uncomfortable, STOP. dont do another stroke. if you can however continue at a less intense pressure with no problem, then you can do that, but if the feeling persists, take that as a sign to stop. the penis isnt like other muscles, DO NOT 'fight the pain' like you might do when doing bench presses or something. all PE should feel moderatly confortable.

alright dude, hope i helped for the time being, until some more experienced PE'ers come along =D

yeah.. it seems kinda weird at first but after a while u can maintain like a good level of erection..
and shiiettt dude... jelqing is fun.. hahaha..

Cernunnos. Don't worry my friend. There is a learning curve to this, just like everything.
Jelq slow, about 3-4 seconds per stroke. 30-80% fluctuation isn't a bad thing.
The more and longer you do PE, the more natural it will become. You might take a look at my 90 day beginners routine in the main forum. Good luck to you. JP

Thanks a lot, JonPop. Today's session was a little better.

My problem is that I have a hard time keeping my erection at around 50%; it wants to either go down to 30% or go up to 70-80%. There's no real middle ground. Also, since I'm kind of a "grower" there's isn't very much to work with at 30% erection, barely enough room to get my second grip in when the first is at the glans (I've got big hands). But I guess I'll get better with time.

It takes a long time to get used to jelqing and not have your dick get hard as a stone but it will happen over time. If it hurts during the jelq process look at a two things:1. Your warm-up make sure it is sufficient roughly 5-10 minutes with some light stretching.2. Lube - use a oil based lube. I would recommend baby oil with Vitamin E and Aloe. With this there will be no friction issues and hey with the Vitamin E and Aloe it has curing properties and its good for the skin.-D1-

My problem seems to be that my penis retracts, like it's fighting back or something. Should I continue even if it's only about 20-30% erect? Or is this a bad idea? On the other hand, should I continue even if it's about 80% erect?

How much pressure should I put into my grip? Enough to actually squeeze the penis, or less?

Well, my session today was definitely better.

The trick for me is to imagine that you're getting your dick pulled by some chick, while not letting yourself get too erect. I think I was in the 30-70% erect range this time.

I exeprimented with various intensities of grip strength, sometimes very light and other times a lot more tight. I find myself tightening the grip unconsciously, and sometimes it almost hurt. I have to watch out for that.

Apart from that the only problem was that sometimes I went too quickly, and sometimes I forgot to apply the OK grip at the base before letting go of the top one.

So I'm still "honing my skills".

On the upside, my morning wood was really intense today, and my penis actually felt a little fatter. This after almost 200 hours of stretching past EL in an extender device with literally no results, aside from improved EQ of course.

Ideas are very welcome/hoped for by me.
