Q. Why have surgery if you can gain just from PE?

Q. Hi everyone, i have been on the forum day and night the past week and i came across the article about the people who had lengthening surgery. Why should u do surgery if you can gain 1-3" inch just from PE?

Big Al: You're right- why should someone opt for surgery when they can add the inches naturally and with much less risk than surgery. A lot of men will opt for the quick fix without caring much for the potential dangers of the surgery. The sad thing is that penile enhancement surgeries don't always work, and they can leave the penis looking unnatural.

I've always wondered, with the Alloderm injections, how could you feel good about having a penis like that? It's not the actual CC's which have grown, but a bunch of fat outside the CC's. Does it even feel good to use? It must be weird.

I would rather much prefer a natural penis,even at the cost of not being as long or girth size.My confidence would be higher if I had my penis grow naturally then with a surgery to add fat and have it pose to make it look bigger.
