Default Have you ever tried these penis exercises?

I found PE methods from these sites are pretty credible. But which one should I choose to go with? Advice is needed. Thanks. Download Penis Enlargement Videos & e-Books

Slanker, that is a cool routine and I am sure it works.

but what is the deal with the V jelq. is that really good? I find it hard to feel real expansion when doing it. What is the benefit supposed to be?

The V jelq works well for me, using the spock sign. But it's what caters to you. I am on a decon break but I will be back and straight onto that routine.

The "V" Jelq is actually my favorite exercise. If you do it correctly, at from 30, to no more than 60% erection, you will move a good blood bulge. Pull straight up, hold at the glans for a second or two before you start the other hand up. Pull straight up, then pull straight up and to the left, then straight up and to the right. This is one rep. Do 30 reps. This is not only a Jelqing exercise, but a stretching exercise combination. This is the best exercise I have found for building a larger glans. Hope this helps. JP

I also want to ask about the warm down? In the book that remek wrote, I believe he supports the idea of a COOL down and no warm down. I actually dont do either. I should probably start doing one or the other.

and you do this with your v facing up so that the shaft rests in the crease of the "V"?

I dont understand what he means about cupping the fingers.
