I have the same with my kegals as well.
When I do them, I find that I sometimes get a stomach ache after a while if I've been "pumping" the muscle or flexing it repeatedly.
Also, when I do them, my penis and my balls move quite visibility. Even to the extent when doing them on the train, I have to cover my groin with a bag or something haha.
I find that when sitting down on the PC muscle, the contractions feel stronger whereas when I stand and do them, I feel very little.
All very strange....
