Question doing kegels wrong?

I'm just curious if I'm doing the kegel exercises wrong. It doesn't seem to be problem for me, and I don't feel any tiredness from the muscle. Everything I've read says that it should be sore when you first use it (like working a regular muscle) or hard to hold it for long periods of time. I seem to be able to hold it for as long as I'd like and it doesn't get tired.... maybe I'm doing it wrong?

When I do the exercise, I noticed that my testicles rise as well...does that usually happen? it's like I'm trying to suck them back into my body....is it the wrong way to flex the muscle?

Consider yourself fortunate. I bet you have rock hard erections that squirt out a nice blast of cum? How long can you hold a kegel? I can hold one for 45 minutes.

I have the same with my kegals as well.

When I do them, I find that I sometimes get a stomach ache after a while if I've been "pumping" the muscle or flexing it repeatedly.

Also, when I do them, my penis and my balls move quite visibility. Even to the extent when doing them on the train, I have to cover my groin with a bag or something haha.

I find that when sitting down on the PC muscle, the contractions feel stronger whereas when I stand and do them, I feel very little.

All very strange....

Stoping the flow of urine is a BC kegel. This is the one that makes your erections stronger and helps you last longer.
PC kegels is when you contract your anus. This helps you hold a bowel movement better. You can alternate between BC/PC and improve the health of both your dick and anus.

Question BC versus PC ?

I'm wondering if I've been doing them wrong. I've always thought that a proper kegel involves clenching the muscles surrounding the penis (BC) AND the anus (PC) simultaneously. (I imagine them connected somehow in a figure 8 pattern.) Since I'm primarily interested in penis health and EQ, have I been wasting effort? Should I focus on the BC kegel and forget the anus (PC) clenching?

i dont feel like ive had a workout after either but wen i do it, it feels as though im doing work of a certain sort. i cant hold mine for more than a second or 2 though :iono:

45 minutes? lol, yeah right. Your going to have to angle a camera right there, squeeze and hold for that long for me to believe that one, lol.

To answer my own question (), I think the answer is yes. It seems to me that I'm getting a more effective kegel workout by concentrating on the BC aspect. But time will tell.
