Help?
I was on EndowMax for about a month and it basically just gave me loose stools, so I just recently stopped. I did notice slightly stronger erections while on it, could it just be my body adjusting to its absence?
EDIT: After about 8 minutes, I was about to get a full 100% erection. I then ballooned for 17 minutes (I couldn't go any longer). Is it normal not to be able to get an erection immediantly following PE? | Im very glad you brought up this scenerio. Im going to take this post and make a thread out of it if you don't mind. Heres the answer. Try less stretching and less jelqing. So if you may give me a quick outline of your routine? When you can not sustain a 100% erection right after PE yopur session is to much for you. This may vary from man to man, Some can get fully erect after 200 jelqs others can not. Some guys test thier EQ hours later after EQ. I think it is important to check EQ right after a PE workout to se if you can get fully erect. This would be an indicator as to how much PE you can take.
Some guys do very well with only 50 or fewer jelqs. Others can do more. I remeber when i started PE over hree years ago I could not get up to a 50% erection, 40% if lucky. I now think that lower erect jelqs to even flaccid jelqs may of been what caused the fast growth for me. As my EQ improved over the course of six months gains drastically slowed own.
Im wondering then if hard gainers or no gainers then would jelq at 30-40% if that would hasten or even start up gains.
My early program was very simular to the 90 day beginers program. And I followed the advice of Horse Hung who has been trying to join PeGym. |

Check out Diabetic Nutritional Supplement, Neuropathy Treatment, Enzyme Transketolase - Benfotiamine.Net and John A Senneff's "Nutrients for Neuropathy". Most of the clinical work on benfotiamine has to do with diabetic related neuropathy. I'm what they call pre-diabetic, at least some docs do. Most of the evidence for non-diabetics is anecdotal.
Re the blood pressure meds, I just had a visit about that with my doc and we are in the midst of changing that to get rid of the hctz component which is a known ED inducer.
Re the cpap machine. I guess the wife is going to be sleeping with Darth Vader. | i have good luck with sublingual b12 and biotin, seems to calm the neropathy down a great deal. I also take ginkgo Bilobsa which has helped a great deal with nueropathy. It use to go all the way up to the top of my thighs. with ginkgo and good low carb diet i manage to get it down to the tips of my toes. This benfitiamine sounds great i may get some for myself.
Your dick is growing impressively fast .5" in six weeks is great. |

Hmm...I do not suffer from ED, but I can safely say that it is very hard for me to maintain 50-60% erections for more than a few seconds while Jelqing. I basically have to build up my erection from 30% to about 80-100%, pop in a few slow Jelqs, and I'm back down to 20%. My question:
Maybe I should worry less about my erection level (as long as it is not completely flaccid), while doing this program? |

10 minute warm-up
30 second stretch holds (straight out, straight down, straight up, left, right).
10 rotations of helicoptors (right, left)
50 OK-grip jelqs (5 second holds now)
20 V Grip Jelqs (5 second holds)
3 sets of Jelqs. So I do a total of 150 jelqs and 60 V Jelqs. You think I should tone it down a bit? |

Rep Power: 0 | I don't feel like measuring (in case of dissappointment), but I feel like I'm already seeing some small gains (nothing huge). I am very excited by this, only about 2 and half weeks in
