Modification can be made to simplify your personal needs. Not everything is written in stone. For best discriptions of exercise I will refer to picture in "Exercising the Penis." And the tutorials on this site.

Example some guys can not edge for 40 minutes. Some guys only edge for 5-10 minutes. This is OK. Always keep a look out for negative PI's.

So why no regular ole jelqs? If I have been doing regular jelqs, should I stop to do this routine?

And what is the difference between the U jelq and V jelq?

And is a helicopter the same as a rotary stretch?

Ok I just saw that you said it is OK to use the OK grip. I am doing 40 V jelqs as I do not know what a "u" jelq is. Then I will do 50 OK jelqs. I would do less, but I have been doing more in the past and I dont want to decrease too much. I will try to stick to this routine. my big problem is that I do not stick to a routine. I will try really hard to be consistent.

So you advocate one day of rest even in beginning stages and not two days? and then after the third workout you rest two days?

Well Im starting tonight and I intend to actually keep it up this time. I also exercise and dont drink or smoke. PE is the bane of my existence. I dont do it and it keeps me kind of depressed because I know I have the potential to gain but not the will power!

Edging will be a challenge.

"U" jelqs is confusing some guys do them some don't. So I will leave it an optional if you can understand the mechanism. Someday when I get a camera compatible with my computer I will send in a pictorial instruction on the "U" grip.

Ok grip is fine.

When I was a newbie i never used the OK grip. I had spraned both thumbs. This was due to holding and reading big heavy college science books.

The core concept is simple.

Warm up
Stretch slow, allowing your penis to melt out to its fullest extension and then hold it there tell if gives a bit more. If this causes pain don't continue to pull.
Never jerk or yank the penis to a stretch.

Jelqing slow and with a very lite grip. the intesity comes in when you take the momentum out. The longer it takes to jelq out one rep the better. Sugested time for a jelq rep is 3-5 seconds. In the begining hold out for that 5 second time frame. Never jelq the glans.

Edging this is to maitain plumpness longer. Your edging session may only be ten minutesor less at first, This is OK.

Kegel, you can fir this in between the jelq part and edge part. Or you can do it at the same time you do the edge part.

Warm down, let the penis cool down or warm down after the edging session is over.

Ejaculation is a must! No ballooning! That is a seperate monster altogether.

I did this last night. It was actually fun! My first workout in while and I plan on sticking with this. Now previously in my on and off pe career i was doing the modified newbie routine in remeks book. This calls for 150 OK grip jelqs. So How many OK grip jelqs should I do in addition to the other jelqs? I sometihng like 80 reps of the OK grip effective?

Is v grip the same as u grip? or is u grip something different? because I did V grip last night (the spock sign where you cup your hand) I did one cup, once left with left hand and once right with right hand. I counted that as one rep and did that procession 40 times.

I wanted to know how it is supposed to "feel" or what it should be doing especially in comparison with the ok grip. I feel like Im getting more expansio nwith the ok grip so maybe im squeezing to hard on ok grip or need more pracitce on the v grip?

Tomorrow I will make sure to use a lighter grip when jelqing and spend more time on each rep.

Ok kingpole I have a questions concerning the edging. Do you think it would be possible to have complete control over orgasms in 2 months of unwavering workout? I don't see myself having sex until I move into my apartment by EMU because the room I am currently in has no door and my friends mom can come in at any moment And what exactly is ballooning? I have heard of it but it always went along with edging so I always thought it was a synonym. Apparently I was wrong. Anyways I plan on starting this workout monday so we will see how it goes!

It could be possible to master ejaculatory control in a couple of months.
