I was wondering when someone was going to ask this question. Reason, ejaculation is healthy. Also, this is what I did the first 6 months of PE. Im duplicating this to see if it works well for hard gainers. Cetain bodily hormones are released when ejaculation has occured. And this is to follow the edging part of the program, not the PE part.

did my first workout yesterday, used alot of focus on the light jelqs and focus on the stretches, well i don't know if its just me, but my penis looks a slightly thicker today, which is kind of frustrating cause right now i just wanna start peing again and its an off day! By the way. should i write down my progress somewhere specific? so far its just in my progress log. but since you said you wanted to keep track of people i don't know if you want somewhere specific or if you only choose a handfull of people to go with?

This experiment is very interesting.

I really like the idea of being able to ejaculate after the edging session. The majority of PEers will advocate to refrain from ejaculating a few hours before/after the PE session. Instead, they say to leave ejacuation for later on in the day, on for rest days. This is what I've usually done as well. But, some people's penises get overworked too fast - even a simple masturbation/edging/ballooning session could do it. By saving those sessions for "off" days, it's really as if I'm PEing every single day. But you recommend to ejacuate after the PE session, and as a result, this leaves rest days for COMPLETE rest.

This concept may not work for everyone. Furthermore, remek's PE survey would strongly advise against it.

It is a departure from the norm. But this is a replica of my newbie program. I grew over two inches in about 5 months on it. I want to see if it works for others or just worked for me.

I'm sure that ejaculating being bad could also be just a myth or a worry caused by how the penis shrivels up a lot after ejaculation (this isn't a "standard practice" I'm ready to call as a myth until there's substantial evidence, though). Good question, no it stays plump for hours, takes aboput 15 minutes to go from erect to flaccid. In the flaccid state it stays plump at about 6-6.5". But then I only edge 2-3 days per week. Which brings me to this. Ejcaculation depletes zinc supplies. So zinc is something that must be replaced everyday. When Zinc levels are low testosterone acts goofy and remains inate. Ginkgo and
Arginine play a role in preventing shrinkages.

yes I do about 10 minute of stretches and jai stretches too. ian tell my length is slowly increasing over the months, but I dont see much girth improvement!

Ok I will call them that.
