Default BPEL vs NBPEL

First I've been lurking awhile now trying to get a handle on the way things work. I was sceptical at first to say the least but I have come around a little. Everyone here seems very helpful and friendly, and frankly I find it hard to beleive anyone would be as dedicated if they were making it up. So anyways I have done alot of reading both here and other sites. I wanted to make sure I had a clue before diving into this. I feel I have a pretty good idea now on anatomy and methods. One thing I have been wondering about is different rates of growth for BPEL and NBPEL. Is this common? If I grow an inch BPEL would it be reasonable to expect the same in my NBPEL? I would really appreciate anyone with a signifcant amount of growth, say half an inch plus, chiming in with their experience. I will be starting with the begginers routine and will start a progress thread to keep me on track. Any and all advice outside of my question would be more then welcome. Thanks to everyone who contributes here. Out of all the sites I have checked out The PE Gym seems to be far and away the most friendly, helpful, and balanced site out there.

I think the only real difference between BPEL and NBPEL is the amount of pubic fat you have. So if your body fat percentage goes up while you're growing you're probably going to lose out on NBPEL measurements even if your BPEL measurement increases. And if you lose fat your NBPEL will increase, but your BPEL won't be affected - I think that's why most guys say to use BPEL as a standard measuring point rather than NBPEL, because NBPEL will vary over time depending on health, exercise, etc.

So yes your NBPEL will grow along with your BPEL as long you don't put on more fat - or if you have more fat to lose you can increase your NBPEL by eating healthily and exercising.

Yeah I know the difference between the measurements and the reason BPEL is used. I was just curious because I have seen posts where guys mention they have seen a substantial increase of BPEL but a lack of progress with their NBPEL. I understand that the size of the pubic fat pad varies for a number of reasons. Assuming the fat pad stays about the same it never made much sense to me why someone would see an increase in BPEL but no increase in NBPEL. Thanks
