Default Hey guys does this sound good?

Hey guys im wanna start pe'ing asap. I have come up with a routine I would like to try though. Overtime, I only really want gain about an inch in length, half an inch in girth, and an inch in flaccid length. So here's the routine i came up with guys.

Routine

5 minute warm up
5 minutes of stretching (i wanna do sets of thirty seconds and do two sets for each direction i do them in. BUT, should i just do the stretching in just one direction?)
70 wet jelqs.
I also wanna do kegel holds but how long/much should i do them for and how much will they help me and HOW?

Lastly guys, I just want some last minute verification. Now obviously these excersises eventually result in gains but what results do each excersise hold? Like what do stretches do speifically along with jelqing, kegels, etc?

Do you guys think this is a good routine? How long do you think it will take me to see any gains and eventually reach my ultimate goal as stated above? Thanks guys and just try to answer as many of these silly questions as possible. Sorry for being such a newbie. Thanks again
Also here are my starting stats: Flaccid: 3.75
Erect: 6.25 in length and about 4.75 in girth

That is a good routine but increase the warm up time to ten minutes.
Kegels make your erection stronger, help you last longer in bed.

hey man thanks. But um how long do you think my ultimate goal will take? Also, do jelqs ONLY help with length? Do they help in flaccid AND erected length? What can help me in girth? Thanks.

Oh and last, what exactly does stretching do?

It could take anywhere from 3 months to 3 years. It really depends on your dedication and how your body reacts to the exercises. Everyone is made differently, or else we would all be gaining 2 inches in 6 months.

The beginer routine should help you gain. jelqing for length stretching for flaccid length. Sometimes girth comes automatically with the begingin routine. As for reaching goals that is between your penis and the brain.

Thanks Guys! But what about kegels? How long should I hold them? Also, how many days a week should I do this routine and how many days should I take breaks? Thanks again

Mr.F, please sit down and take a breather, sounds like the more questions you ask the more tense you become. It will take close to a month just to get your routine and techniques in order. There is nothing about PE that will happen overnite. Please before you start a routine of your own take a look at some of the routine's we have that have been proven. If you decide to go with one that is posted please stick with it to the very end. I didn't see any real progress until around the third month.

Read everything you can and get a good idea of what you are getting into. Read everything you can to educate yourself on how all the different exercises work. In other words read, read, read and read some more. Here is a good starting point.
