Default Decon from hanging to start lig and tunica stretchings.

Hello, everybody.

My first post and wanna say Thank You to administration staff for the forum being. Its very useful for those eager to have it bigger.

A lil bit from the past if you please.
Started with ligamentotomy and using extender after it for about 3 months.
Then had been hanging for 2 months about a year ago (approximately 10lbs at maximum). Got those blisters since I used vacu hanger and so dropped that stuff in order to not be deprived of my treasure at all
Then only jelqing. All this with some breaks for 1-1.5 month from time to time forced by injuries (wanted all and right now, you know).
Total PE experience is pushing 20 months now (including breaks), no particular gains though (1cm length maybe, 1cm girth).
But the clear time of PE itself, I think its about 8-10 months.

I always did it very hard, every exercises (extender, hanging, jelqing) - "all and right now". Not long though (2 hours a day usually, with decent breaks sometimes up to 2-3 days).

The question is: in vets opinion, that heavy (at least I felt it was VERY HEAVY for my ligs) hanging, how do you think, can it hinder my potencial of ligs stretching now? Im going to resort to mild manual stretching of ligs and tunica, just like a sort of hobby, you know, for pleasure, not for gains itself. For I revised all my experience and sure now I was TOO hellbent on my way. Wanna look where I can come to now. It means totally different routine, just like for beginners. But im afraid of having my ligs too trained by the weights it was given. The decon for ligs though is pretty nice at the moment (about a year as mentioned).
So just wanted to know your opinion, if you please.
Maybe some advices? It would be very useful for me.

Thank you, guys.

ps. sorry my english - its not my native language.
