Before I get to wrapped up in this pursuit, I need to ask something. I heard from a urologist that stretching exercises cannot lengthen vessels and capillaries.
I am also primarily concerned with girth. I suppose my initial goal would be this:
To safely add 1" of length and 1" of girth to my penis.
Welcome to PeGym. Follow the instructions carefully! Give the newbie and beginers program a good thoughtful reading. And yes, it does work. Your urologist is wrong on this one.

Well, technically the statement made by the urologist is accurate. Blood vessels do not lengthen by "stretching." The process is accomplished by proliferation of the vessels. Do some reading on distraction histogenesis (soft tissue lengthening) or distraction osteogenesis (bone lengthening.) With these processes, bones and soft tissues (including vessels) are gradually "elongated" by displacement and mechanical stretch.

Soft tissue also has the ability to grow linearly along lines of tension. This is referred to as distraction histogenesis. Skin, muscle, nerves, and vascular tissue are generated, not stretched. The advantage is obvious, especially for severe retrognathia, in which the stretched soft tissue envelope can contribute to relapse when a traditional mandibular osteotomy is performed for a large (>10 mm) advancement.
